He founded Silver Strength to help older adults build strength, improve mobility, and maintain independence through science-backed fitness and nutrition guidance.

His work at SilverStrength combines peer-reviewed research with practical, real-world fitness strategies that anyone can follow — regardless of age or fitness level. He believes that fitness after 50 isn't about turning back the clock. It's about making the most of every year ahead.
